#101400 - BRUSHED SILVER PERMANENT POLYESTER LABELS
This laser material has a brushed silver look to it that is similar to brushed aluminum. Rippedsheets.com primes this product for printing with our proprietary top coats. It prints on color and black and white laser printers (For HP Tuff Setting). It is an excellent decorative material with a permanent adhesive. The adhesive is a clear acrylic adaptable to many surfaces with a minimum application temperature of 50°F and a service range -20°F to 165°F.

Adhesive:
- Clear acrylic adhesive
- Adhesive Thickness (mils): 1.0 – 1.1
- Adhesion (oz/inch): 54 – 71 depending upon substrate
- Service temperature range: -40°F to 302°F
- Min. application temp: 50°F
Note: For best bonding conditions, application surface should be at room temper-ature or higher. Low temperature surfaces, below 50°F can cause the adhesive to become so firm that it will not develop maximum contact with the substrate. Higher initial bonds can be achieved through increased rubdown pressure. In order to get a true measure of the adhesive’s effectiveness, the label should be applied and allowed to bond a minimum of 24 hours prior to evaluation.
Liner:
- Two sided, poly coated, lay flat, quick release liner
