Improving Static Cling Adhesion

If you have problems with smaller sized static cling decals lifting up or falling off:

Clean surface.
Sponge on moisture where static cling will be applied.
After applying static cling, put backing material static cling came on over the decal (to protect printing) and press down or squeegy the decal to assure it is flat against the surface.
