Label material and self adhesive are clear. If you hold a label up to the light, the edges are very hard to discern from the background because of the labels ultra clarity. This clear poly material was developed for graphics applications where the label needs to disappear to emphasize the graphics. Self Adhesive is aggressive yet removable in one piece with no adhesive residue. The removable adhesive is a clear acrylic adaptable to many surfaces with a minimum application temperature of 50°F and a service range -20°F to 302°F. Applying a clear label to a dark surface?
Printing on 102570 requires graphics that are compatible with super translucent materials. Printer settings must be adjusted to 300x300 dpi or 600x600 dpi to assurebest toner anchoring and no or minimum toner spatter. Resistance to waterand abrasion is technique based, determined by the customer. 102570 is excellent for short term indoor applications.

Description:
This Laser Gloss Ultra-Clear Polyester label is nearly invisible in most substrates. The special gloss topcoat provides an acetate-like appearance and permits high-resolution laser printing. Its low-tack removable acrylic emulsion offers extended repositionability from many surfaces. It is dimensionally stable and has a two-year expected outdoor life.
Facestock
- Clear polyester film top-coated to accept laser toner
- Caliper: 2.0 mils
Adhesive:
Removable pressure sensitive acrylic. Application environments and certain surfaces such as vinyl, glass, acrylic, styrene and polycarbonate can cause increased adhesion and adhesive transfer. We recommend that all surfaces be tested for compatibility.
- Caliper 0.8 mils
- Min. Application Temp: 50°F
- Min. Service Temp: -20°F
- Max. service temp: 302°F
Note: For best bonding conditions, application surface should be at room temper-ature or higher. Low temperature surfaces, below 50°F can cause the adhesive to become so firm that it will not develop maximum contact with the substrate. Higher initial bonds can be achieved through increased rubdown pressure. Maximum bonding occurs in 24 hours.
